Calisthenics Buderim

Calisthenics Buderim Inc. is located on the Sunshine Coast. The club was first established in 1993 and has been one of the strongest performing clubs in Queensland since their conception.

Calisthencis Buderim
The club has a strong team of accredited coaches who are dedicated to the sport, choreographing complex and creative routines to both challenge and develop their pupils, while still making the classes fun. The club also has an extensive cadet program for their junior coaches who are mentored throughout their training and development.

Calisthenics Buderim is proud of all their pupils and encourages each girl to achieve her personal best. The club is very friendly and welcomes new participants and their families.

What is Calisthenics?

Calisthenics Buderim Calisthenics is an artistic sport unique to Australia, which was first established in Victoria over 100 years ago. Participants are taught up to 6 routines each year which are between 2 – 4 minutes in duration. Each routine incorporates a range of disciplines such as gymnastics, ballet, marching, jazz, singing and apparatus technique (rods and clubs) which are all performed to music, with the aim of performing on stage at either at a competition or concert.

What does Calisthenics Buderim offer?

Calisthenics Buderim offers classes to the following age groups;

Tinies	4 - 7 Years of age
SubJuniors	8 - 9 Years of age
Juniors	10 - 12 Years of age
Intermediates	13 - 16 Years of age
Seniors	16 Years and over
