Calisthenics Buderim offers classes to the following age groups;

Calisthenics Buderim believes in creating a positive, encouraging and fun environment and aims to develop strong bonds between all participants within the club.

Calisthenics Buderim encourages their pupils to strive to reach their individual best. Pupils are given the opportunity to complete pupil skills, development camps and to participate in State Teams.

Calisthenics Buderim is proud of the achievements of all their pupils and coaches. The club provides development opportunities to both participants and coaches to further develop skills. The club has developed an extensive cadet coaching program and encourages all participants to be involved in the program. This creates friendships across age groups in the club.

Calisthenics Buderim, as a club tries to keep your costs to a minimum, to this end we assist with costume expenses by re-using and renting all required costumes to club participants each year.

As a result of the clubs extensive coaching and development program it has achieved unrivaled results in the state championship and regularly has club representatives performing in the QLD state teams and at the National Solo championships.

In 2007 and 2008 two of the clubs experienced coaches retired after 15 years of dedication. The club underwent a restructure in 2009 and is excited about the depth of talent and enthusiasm the coaching teams now have. Everyone is looking forward to 2010.
