New to Calisthenics? Your first class is FREE to try!
What to wear: Plain black leotards are to be worn to all classes, with hair tied up and secured off the face (a headband is recommended). In cold weather children are welcome to wear footless or stirrup tights and crossover tops. It is important that training clothes are tight fitting so that coaches can easily see the girl’s body movements and alignment and ensure they are being performed correctly and without risk of injury.
Class Location: Please note our first class will take place at Mountain Creek State High School from 4.05-6:30pm, in the Student Centre (Indoor basketball courts) from 4.05-6:30pm.
Please ensure all children have a small snack prior to class as there is to be no eating during class.
If it is your child's first class, you are welcome to stay and watch, however we ask that noise…
